triplicate, will be received at this office
until 11 o'clock a.m. May 25, 1900 and
then publically opened, for construction
of an addition to each end of the wharf
at Fort Columbia, Washington. Plans
and specifications may be seen at the
office of the Quartermaster, Fort Co
lumbia and the Constructing Quarter
master, Vancouver Barracks. Washing
