Nothing more effective has been seen
In the millinery world for some time
than the flower toques, which are really
a revival of the floral hats and bonnets
worn years ago. These toques consist
merely of a Imckram shape covered en
tlrely with tiny flowers set close to
gether. White violets are the flowers
most n.ed, and the shape turns up
slightly at the left side and Is finished
off with a la ree white osprey.
