good authority yesterday, according to

Insurance Commissioner of Tennessee.
Nebraska, Wisconsin and Kentucky on
their examination into the affairs of the
Sew York Ufa Insurance Company, and

drastic and demand the resignation of
several persons still connected with the

the examination unless the demand are

"It was also learned yesterday that

sioners Post of Wisconsin and Tierce of
Nebraska, a altogether too mild, and
they demanded a complete revision.
