Sheriff Wilson and Deputy Sheriff Cannon this afternoon brought from Sacramento, William A. Sprout and a 13 year old boy named Edward Wh.ilen. They are charged with an attempt to rob the Farmer' Co-Operative Union bank, of Yuba City, Thursday night, and the boy confessed to this and four otlipr crimes committed in Montana, Idaho, Washing ton, and Oregon, 'ine la.-t April.
