Shipment of Sailors. The steamer South Bay from San Francisco now running in place of the steamer Aurelia, lately injured in col lision in San Francisco Bay, arrived here late yesterday afternoon. She had on board sixteen sailor shipped below, for service on the Russian hark Fonnia, bound hence to Falmouth. England. Those were transferred to the Fennia in the lower bay by Captain Jim Keatling' boat Pilot, a well as four men for the schooner Chehali at Knappton.
