The Roa noke is also said to be due at the same time, but her roast call are likely to deter her until Sunday morning. It i hoped by the contractor in charge of the Manzanita's raising, that the popular tender will be up in the sun light by Tuesday next. She will go on the way at Portland immediately she is afloat again. The steamship Costa Rica arrived down from Portland yesterday morning; and after taking 400 sacks of oysters and about 40 ton of shook and miscel laneous stuff, left out for San Fran cisco.
