C.oulart an employe in the en gineer' department at Fort Stevens, died at the post hospital yesterday after an operation performed there for an ag gravated case of appendicitis. lie was a single man 38 years of age and the only relative in this country is a brother at Skipanon, who has taken charge of the body and will have it in terred at that place next Sunday.
