Topekn, April 25. The Kansas OH
Refinery Company will not be built
for several month yet, according to
the present status of the case in the
supreme court. It haa been arranged
that the suit to determine the validity
of the oil refinery bond will be heard
at the June term of the district court.
There are some Intricate constitutional
questions Involved and the court re.
quested that they be well briefed.
The refinery cannot be built until
after the bond suit Is decided.
