She appeared in court, and as he was ushered in, bravely stepped for ward and, taking his arm, tried to oc cupy a place with him at the rail. The latter include proofs of amateur and student status, with the eligibility of competitors limited to Jour years from matricultation as in the Harvard-Tale and Oxford-Cambridge sports of 1904. Bad Season Crushes One of Newark's Clothing Firms. New York, June 14. Creditors have filed petitions in bankruptcy against M. Sampler, Sons & Co., manufactur ers of clothing, and the Cupid Cloth ing Company. The first named Is one of the oldest in the trade here, having been organized in 1860. Attorney for the firm and company said the liabilities of Samples, Sons & Co. are about $230,000 and assets about the same.
