SchnelL of Chi cago, formerly general secretary of the Epworth League, to his suit for libel against Dr. Charles Parkhurst, editor, and the Boston Wesleyan Association, publishers, of the Zion's Herald. The Jury fixed damages at $24,000, The alleged libel was contained In statements that Dr. SchneU was dls honest and had utilized his station In the church for his personal gain.
