A lad named Bert Glenn was arrest ed by the police yesterday for vag rancy and his case was tried before Police Judge Anderson during the af ternoon. The youth is about 21 years of age and was pronounced by Deputy City Attorney Spittle to have been the sauciest 'customer with which he has had to deal since he has been connected with the attorney's office. There was a clear case against Glenn, who was found guilty. Judge Anderson agreed to suspend sentence on condition that the lad leave the city, and this he promised to do.
