A hillside resident Is Indignant at the actlois of some unprincipled per sons who make a practice of despoil ing his flowergardens and shrubbery. A beautiful shrub has recently been ruin ed by some night prowler who ruthless ly tore off the branches containing Jhe blooms. Since then the same gentle man's freshly ret out hedge has been robbed of one of the plants.
