Oct 2t-Alexander Waters of Brooklyn has been arrested on the charge of stealing 109 shares of Chicago, Milwaukee & St Paul railroad stock valued at $17,000 from Ames, Swan sV Co. Hedges Hook president for the firm, was ar rested oft fa warrant charging him with the larcency of the missing stock. The arrest of Waters Is based on al leged connection with the affair.
