Fair goes entirely to hi relatives, Mrs. Herman Oelrlchs and Mrs. W. K. Vanderbilt, Jr., who will also, receive all Mrs. Fair's prop erty. The only possibility of any fu ture trouble lies in the discovery of a late will of Charles Fair, leaving property to others than his 'kinfolk and his wife.
