foot span bridge 12 feet wide, across
the Necanlcuin river in section 24,
township 5 north-, range 10 west , In
Clatsop County .Oregon. Said bridge
to be constructed on a site about one
mile east of Carl Johnson's place,
where the county road from Seaside
crosses the said Necanlcum river.

ifications for sold work, together with

that they will construct the said bridge
