Mr. Gaston hod purchased some ten or twelve cords of wood and had tilled It up In front of hi residence at th corner of Twelfth and Exchange street and between Heventh and Twelfth strets. and having no other place to put the wood, built a shed over It to protect It from the weather. Mr. Gaston wa notified to remove the ahed and wood and failed to do so a he could not make necessary arrange ments to have a shed built.
