An Indictment containing the names
of 37 was" brought in by the grand Jury
today. The 13 to be tried are in cus
tody. Nearly all-the others have In one
way and another disappeared and can
not be found by the officers.
Paul Corcoran, who is serving time
tinder a state charge at Boise, is also
named. The charge in the Indictment
is delaying United States mails by ma
liciously stopping and aide-tracking
railway mail cars on the O, R, 1 N,
and Northern Pacific railways at Wal
lace on April 26.
