ASHLAND MILLS COLUMN
The etiquette of tbe supreme court
room ia very rigid. Lawyers appear­
ing before the court are given just so
much time in which to present their
arguments and not one more minute
is allowed them. No one is [>ernillted
to take notes ef the pnx'eediugs out­
side of the lawyers inside tbe bar.
This is particiiluily true upon decis­
ion day. If a spectator taaea out a
piece of paper to make a note he is
instantly warned by a messenger that
lie must desist or leava the court room.
