C. W. Ayers has received the contract
for Avery Johnson's new brick store­
building to be put up on the lot adjoin­
ing McCall’s brick block. The contract
for the masonry’ and brick work has been
given to Messrs. Byars A Guerin, who
will commence work on the building at
once. The building will l»e 38x60, one
story, and will contain two tine store
rooms.
