Alternate tenders on the construc

All proposals must be presented
under sealed cover to the County
Court of Lincoln County at the time
and place stated above, and must be
endorsed "Proposal for the construc
tion of the Siletz Bridge."
Each bid shall be accompanied by
cash, a bidder's bond made payable
to Lincoln County, or a certified check
made payable to the treasurer of said
County, for an amount equal to at
least five (5) per cent of the total
amount ot said bid, and no bid need
