within 15 days from the date of the
passage of this ordinance, of the In

which notice shall be In writing and
signed by the owner of the property
liable for such Improvement, and
shall commence said work within 30
days and complete the same within
fifty days after passage of this ordi
nance, said work to be done under
the supervision and direction of the
street commissioner of th City of
Toledo.
Section 6.
That upon the expiration of thirty
days af:er the passage of this ordi

the construction of r. bridge across the
Vaqulna River at Morrisin, Oregon,
known as the Morrison Bridge, Con
tractor to do all the work and furnish
all the tools, machinery, labor and ma
terials to complete said bridge in ac
cordance with the pKna ,and specifl

amount bid, payable to Lincoln County.
