rQUSANDS OF WOMEN suffer miserably from
periodic attacks of headache, never, dreaming
that a permanent cure may be had. Headache
nearly always results from some disorder of the
stomach, liver or bowels. Take Chamberlain's
Tablets. They will correct these disorders and
there will be no more headache. Many have been
permanently cured by Chamberlain's Tablets.

"EVERYBODY HAPPY"
The eight annual Lincoln County
Fair is now a matter ot history, and
proved a very successful fair.
The weather was perfect, the at
tendance while not as large as two
years ago, was good, and the main
thing, "Everybody was Happy."
Q. W. Ford was right there when it
came to dishing up the sports, and
with the foot races. Ford races, cigar
races, etc. kept the crowd in an up
roar. " " 1
H. F. Brlggs, of Burnt Woods, the
clown, was here there and everywhere
and certainly did his bit to make the
fair successful. V :
Manager Cooter had a man's sized
job looking after the business end of
the fair, and as usual he made good.
' The wrestling bouts were good, es
pecially the Mllle'r-Amort go which
was staged Saturday. Tne first fall
was won by Amort, the second by
Miller, and the third by Amort The
bout Friday betwean M-cBride and
Oraves was easily won by McBrlde.
The boxing contest , between Carson
and Swayze Saturday evening was in
teresting and drew a big crowd. Aftor.
Lthe boxing Wlswell and Dickson'
wrestled, the bout ending in a draw.
The sham battle Saturday evening
was something unusual and .gave the

A PAID CHECK IS
THE BEST RECEIPT
You .often pay bills to parties
whose Integrity you would not
question by asking for a re-
ceipt. If through unintentional
error, you should not be given
proper credit for money paid
and should be presented tor the
same bill the second time, you
would not have any proof of hav-
ing paid unless you had received
a regular receipt But If you
had paid with a check you would
have received a receipt without
asking for It, embarrassing no
one.
This is only on9 of the con-
venlences of keeping your
