STRETCHING THE
OIL SUPPLY
Another oil shortage on the Pacific
Coast Is predicted during the summer
months by the California Bureau of
Economics. The bureau says;
High cost of gasoline on the Pacific
Coast is due to result of shortage of
petroleum in California. Refiners are
selling gasoline as fast as they can
produce it during the winter. With
summer demands for tractors, trucks, i
Irrigation and pleasure cars, there Is
a grave possibility that the California ,
supply will not fill coast needs. !
Conservation of our oil supplies by:
elimination ot waste, and rapid hydro

tical means of averting a shortage.
