dersigned, pursuant to an order of the
Circuit Court of the State of Oregon,
for Multnomah County, will sell at
private 'sale for cash the following
described real property belonging to
said estate, on and after the 18th
day of August, 1920, to-wit:

Southeast quarter (SE',4) of the North
east quarter (NEVi) of Section seven
(7), Township nine (9) south. Range
ten (10) west of the Willamette Meri
dian, containing twenty (20) acres
more or less, in Lincoln County State

Common Council of the City of Tole
do, Oregon, will receive bids for the
construction of a sewer in Block. 27
In Elizabeth Graham's 6th Addition
to the City of Toledo, Oregon, in ac
cordance to the plans and specifica
tions thereof on file in the office of the
City Recorder of said city, all bids
to be accompanied by a certified check
for ten per cent of the amount of the
bid. The contractor whose ma is ac
cepted will be required to furnish to
the said city a good and sufficient
bond with two sureties who shall Jus
tify In a sum equal to the amount of
the bond, the principal sum of said
bond to equal the amount of the bm,
and to be lor the faithful performance
and completion of said work. The
Common Council reFerves the right
to reject any and all bids. Said bids
to be filed with the City Recorder of
said city within ten days after the
first publication of this notice.
