passed by the common council of the
City of Toledo, Oregon, at a regular
session thereof, on the 3rd day of May,
1920, said resolution 'directing me as
City Recorder of said City to give
notice of the Intention of the City
Council of the City of Toledo,-Oregon,
to cause said portion of Hill Street to
be improved as hereinbefore set forth,
and directing that this notice be given
by publication thereof in the Lincoln
County Leader, a newspaper of general
circulation published in the City of To
ledo, Oregon, said publication to be

the first publication of this notice is
June 25th. 1920, and the date of the
