together with penalty, interest and
costs thereon upon the real property
of which you are the owner as appears
of record, situate in said county and
state, and particularly bounded and
described as follows, to-wit: The East
Half of the Northwest Quarter; North
of the Northwest Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter, except 55 acres
out of the North half of the Northwest
Quarter, Section 27 Township 10 Soutn
of Range 10 West of Willamette Meri
dian, in Lincoln County, Oregon.
You are further notified that said
Ross Hoselton has paid taxes on said
premises for prior or subsequent years
with the rate of Interest on said

summons upon you exclusive of the
day of such service if personally serv
ed within the State ot Oregon, and
within sixty days from the first pub
lication ot tills summons exclusivo of
the day of said first publication if
served by the publication thereof, and
defend this suit or pay ithe amount due
as hereinabove shown together with
costs and accrued interest, or for want
thereof decree will be rendered fore
closing the lien of said taxes and costs
against the land and p rem its above
named, fiee and clear from any and
all right, title, estate, lien or interest
that you, or either of you, mr. luvn
or claim therein or thereto.

Judge of Lincoln County, State of
