D. 1916 in favor of H. S. Davis Plaintiff and against the above named Defendant for the Bum of $10,258.41 with interest thereon at the rate of 6 per cent per annum from the 13th day of October A. Dr. Albert Carey, of Nortons, made proof on his claim, before County Clerk Howell, last evening. James Eltlng of Meadapolis, Iowa, and C. E. Onley, of Marysvlllo, Wash ington, arrived Wednesday evening for a visit with the former's brother on the Upper Slletz.
