It has been ascertained that there will be no trov.ble in securing the same ground heretofore, then they will look Into the prop osition of purchasing the ball grounds and using them for a fair ground. A. T. Peterson has offered to donate a block in the north part of town to be used as a permanent i air grounds. An other meeting Is called for to morrow evening, at which time the committee will report and some definite action taken. Come out to the meeting and boost. Meeting is at the Court house at 7:30 p.m. More complaints have been made by property owners on Hill street of boys defacing and soil ing buildings and entrances. , It seems unreasonable that we have boys living in Toledo who are capable of euch work.' If the practice is not stopped evi dently some one Is going to get into serious. trouble. If the par ent of the boy caught in the act 4 1 t. . 1 n- una lu laj n ucavjr 1111c iui iuo , boy it may cause him to be more ; concerned about his actions while on the street at night. Bet ter take warning and stop this practice and save trouble, as the owners of the property are not going to put up with these mis demeanors longer. A meeting of the Lincoln county Fire Patrol Association Is being held at the Courthouse to day. J. E. Lelearn, colored, of Ed- dyville was tried in Justice Court here last evening charged with threatening to shoot Vance Cllne, a neighbor. Mr. Lelearn was put under bonds to keep the peace. o The Ford is lighter than any other car of Its size and power. .Yet stronger, sturdier, onger last ?n Wanadiuro steel, that's why.
