Oscar Leeper, who has had one of the shifts has been trans ferred to Newport. J. C. Altree this week pur chased the M. M. Davis piledriv lng outfit which he will use In the construction of the bridge across Depot slough here. The War Department has approved the plan of the bridge and Mr. Altree expects to commence construction on Bame at once.
