We will have the usual cheap Summer rates. The Oregon Agricultural College has purchased the farm at the mouth of Beaver creek, -about mid way between the Yaquina and Alsca bays, of W. D. Satterlee of New port and will probably establish an experiment station. The consider ation for the farm of 136 acres was $10,000. C. W.
