To Everett C. Lavering and H. W.
Wilson, the above named . defend
ants. In the name of the State of Oregon,
you and each of you arc hereby re
quired to appear and answer the com
plaint of the above named plaintiff in
the . above entitled court and cause,
now on file with the clerk of said
court on or before the 26th day of
January, 1912: and you are notified
that if you fail to appear and answer
said complaint as hereby requited
plaintiff will apply to the court for
the relief prayed for in said com
plaint, to-wit-: For a decree requir
ing defendants to pay to plaintiff the
amount due upon a contract for the
sale of the following described land:
All of Section 27, East half of South
east quarter, Southeast quarter of
Northeast quarter and Northwest
quarter of Southeast quarter, Section
28; the North half of Section 33; the
East half of Northeast quarter and
Northwest quarter of Northeast quar
ter of Section 32. all in Towxiship 10,
South, Range 8 West of the Willam
ette Meridian in Lincoln County, Ore
gon, containing 1240 acres, to-wit.
$2962.85 with six per cent interest
from May 7th, 1911, together with the
amount of taxes paid by plaintiff, to
wit: $101.97 with six per cent interest
from August 8th, 1911. within 60 days
from the date of the (decree, herein or
in default of such payments thar said
defendants and each of them and all
persons claiming by, through or under
them or either of them be barred and
foreclosed of all right, title, interest
or claim to said land above described"
and that said contract of sale be can
celled and for naught held and for
such other a fid further relief as to
equity may seem meet.
This summons is served on you by
publication thereof in Lincoln County
Leader f6r six consecutive weeks by
order of the Hon. L. T. Harris, Judge
of said court made December 9th,
1911.
The date of the first 'publication of
this summons is December 15th, 1911,
and the cf:tc of the last publication is
January 26th, 1912.
