In the matter of appointment of Justice of the Peace in Morri3 pra cinct. It appearing to J.he Court that Kendrick H Samson is a suit able person to be appointed Justice of the Peace, Rupert Henry having resigned, it is hereby ordered that Baid Kendrick II Samson be and he is hereby appointed Jusice in Morris precinct, upon his taking the cath of office and entering into boa ds as by Jaw required.
