The biggest month in colonization
movements Oregon has ever had has
just closed, bringing thousands of
new citizens to the state. Favor
able rates attracted people from all
parts of the country who are valuable
additions to the population. Every

heavy gain in new people. It is up
to the oider residents to make the
newcomers feel at home for if they
like this state they will induce their
friends back home to come out also.
