Rock Creek Ripples.
. Mrs. G. W. Kneeland and her,
son Harry have started for San
.Francisco, where he has work. Mr. !
Kneeland will probably join his
wife if he finds sale for his cattle.
Miss Edna Miller, of Nashville, 1
and her nephew, June Edwards,
were on Rock creek this week look-1
ing her brother's cattle. j
Geo. B. Trotter has returned'
after a week's sojourn at Indepen
dence and Fall City.
Oscar Belcher had a very trouble
some tooth extracted while at the
Agency. On his return he paid a
visit to the families of A. W. Skinner
and G. B. Hampton.
Linn Skinner is hard at work on
his ranch. His father is still teach
ing in Eastern Oregon, and his
health is much improved.
Miss Ida Skinner and Miss Maggie
Hampton, two of our "school
ma'ams, " visited the Steer Creek
schoo 1 Wednesday afternoon, and
were much pleased with the little
school under the. management of
Miss Edith Lillie.
Rock Creek is still making im
provements. Now it is a good
trail over the hill opposite Rocky
Point which will save twice fording
Little Rock creek. Andrew Porter
and the men who helped him deserve
much praise and the thanks of every
one who has to travel from Rock
Creek to Nortons. A good wagon
road could be put on this pack trail
at no great cost and it is much
needed.

That is Just the truth abont Hood's Sar

because it cures, not once or twice or a
hundred times, but in thousands and
thousands of caBes. We know it cures,
absolutely, permanently, when all others
