Mr. Erlckson' Is a mining man, hav
ing spent eleven years in the Alaska
district. Ho Is accompanied by II.

hid In the woods when he found
that a search would be made of his
premises,
Locked Out Parties on Knob
Hill Monday night were nttracted
by a man going Into a second story
window and immediately figured
that there was another burglary In
progress. However an Investigation
showed that one of the occupants
of one of the cooms had gone to
bed and locked the door, shutting
out the other roomers. Yells failed'
to disturb the sound slumbers and
finally a ladder was secured and en
trance gained through the second
Btory window.
