His plan Is to put In tho largo
heating plant on his property In
tho rear of tho Chandlo Hotol. Ho
now has a f ranch Ibo for tho streets
around tho Chandler, but to carry
out his now project It will bo nec
essary for him to securo franchises
on additional streets, probably cov
ering tho district from tho William
block south of Curtis nvcnuo to
north of Markot nvcnuo, nnd from
