by Coroner Golden. Dr. J. W. In
gram testified that tho man had.
been smothered to death. Tho gen

that Drako had strangled or choked

showed it to havo been n caso of,
smothering.
Geo. Jensen testified that ho had
found Drnke lying fnco downward in
bed, his fnco burled in tho clothing.
Jensen had been called in by Hongoll
who wob frightened when ho nwoko
and discovered Drako lying uncons
cious besido him.
