was a Marshfleld business visitor
today. She and Mr. Osterman are
planning to return to Boise, Ida.,

terman having recovered his
health sufficiently to resume rail
roading. They are closing out
their store. in North Bend.
C, L. KIDDER arrived this morning
from Marshfleld to remain two or
three days, looking after business
matters. He reports the Coos Bay
region rather quiet, but strong
hopes are entertained there of tho
early construction of a railroad to
Roseburg and the east. Conse
quently a very optimistic feeling
