two members of the Common Council
to servo for tho term of three years

one Recorder to serve for the per
iod of one year; and for the purpose
of submitting to tho legal voters of
said City for their approval or re
jecting an ordinance to amend Sec
Ion 110 of the Charter of said City
to Increase tho limit of indebtedness

the purpose of submitting to the
