August Hult gren, a member of the crew of the lighthouse tender, Heather, had his leg badly broken yesterday. The limb was fractured In two places and the tibia crushed. Chamberlain In previous years. 4 Gets Picture of Dredge. D. Y. Stafford today received a picture of the new dredge which is to bo sent to Coos shortly.
