ANOTHER REASON
Why mother has so many failures in bread-making is that tho
experience of bakers has proven that it requires tho blending of
several brands of flour to secure satisfactory results because no one
brand contains all tho elements of tho wheat. Then it also re
quires careful attention to have even temperature which is almost
Impossible to secure in private homes. Our bread is always tho
same. Uniformly good.
Ask your grocer to send Diamond (D) or Homemade if you
want tho best.

MAY BUILD DRAW
BRIDGE 01M BROADWAY
Owners of I5oi.se Addition Likely to
Make Proposition to Marshdeld
City Council.
Judge K. I. Perky, J. R. Goode,
Guy'C. Barnum and tho other own
ers of Bolso addition to Marshfield,
will probably tonight make a pro
position to the Marshfield city coun
cil for the construction of a draw
bridgo across Coal Bank Inlet, lead
ing to their property. It is under
stood that they will bear a good por
tion of the $G,000 estimated expense
and that tho other benefitted prop
erty owners will assume the re
mainder of it.
Tho bridge will bo located on
Broadway and will continue that
thoroughfare on out beyond South
Marshfield. It is claimed that In ad
dition to the bridge being of especial
benefit to the Boise addition, it will
bo of general public benefit owing to
opening up the thoroughfare.
Drawback Encountered.
Late today, It was understood that
a drawback to tho opening of Broad
way and the construction of the draw
bridgo across Coal Bank Inlet had
unexpectedly been encountered. Tho
Merchant estate owns all of tho
property along both sides of Broad
way for two blocks, beyond tho Inlet
and they aro not agreeable to tho
Improving of the street at this time.
The friends of tho project aro en
deavoring to have the executors of
the Merchant estate agree to tho plan
owing to tho great advantages that
tho entire section across Coal Bank
inlet would derive from it as well
as tho benefits that tho rest of tho
city would receive.
