Mrs. Burns, Mrs, Bohen and Miss Burn3, of 'North Bend, were in the city Monday. Mr. McKee returned yesterday from a few days outing in the Ten Mile country. Mr. R. T. Kauffman arrived in this city yesterday after a week fishing trip at Ten Mile. Mrs. Everett, of North Bend, spent Monday the guest of Mrs. J. A. Sav age of this city. Dr. Tower and family have re turned to the city from their summer outing on Coos River. Miss Ursula Farrlnger Is spending a few days as the guest of Miss Mario Seaman at the "Orchard." Miss May Magee roturned to her home in Emplro yesterday after a few days visit In this city. Mr. J. C. Chambers, of North Bend, spent yesterday at Dr. McCor mac's home on Coos River. Mrs. Moon, of Coquille, but form erly a resident of this city is in Marshfield for a short visit. Mr. McCullora and wife have closed their summer home for this season and returned tq No'rth Bend for the winter. Mayor L. J. Simpson, of North Bend, was In Marshfield Monday. Mrs. Spade, of Centerville, was a city visitor Monday. Misses Nettle and Madge Savage returned to this city Sunday even ing after an outing of ten days at the "Goodwill Place" on Coos River. Mr. Win, Strang returned yester day from a two weeks' outing at Allegany and resumed his position at the Finnish Co-operative store. Mr. and Mrs. Picket returned to day from Ten Mile in order to con nect with the Plant and leave for their home in Stockton, California. Miss Mllderd Wood and mother leave on the next Breakwater for Portland where Miss Wood will en ter St. Mary'B Academy for the year. Mrs. B. Bowron and family also Willie Wilson aro expected In Marsh- flold today from Ten Mile where they have spent the greater part of the summer. Genernl Statements Concerning Labor.
