E. Heuckendorff, tho Prosper ship
builder, was hero yesterday to wit
ness tho launching of the steam
schooner, F. S. Loop, and incidentally
to secure calkers for finishing the
ship he will launch within a few
days at Prosper. Mr. Heuckendorff
think3 some of starting a ship yard
on Coos Bay, and it is said he has
met with much encouragement on
this side of tho divide.
