Tho entire building is lighted Jjy electricity, heated by steam and fur nished with hot and cold water. The sanitary conditions are per fect, tho furniture Is modern, and no effort to furnish all that Is necessary seems to have been spnred by tho progressive people of the Bay. All this has been accomplished mainly by the exertions of Father Donnelly, tho Sisters and charltablo donations.
