JUDGE GRAY'S EULOGY ON BAYARD Judge Gray referred briefly to the professional career of Mr. Bayard, and then dwelt upon his personal charms, his intensity of nature and brilliancy of intellect, saying that he held thoso sentiments tho governing force of his life.
