ELECTRIC ROAD COMMENT Business, professional men and '.mechanics of Roseburg and vicinity arc all enthusiastic over the electric froad proposed front this city to Coos iUay. Since the project was first mentioned four weeks ago the people have given the matter much thought, fl and It is now certain that the road will be built. An incorporated com--pany will be regularly organized and preliminary surveys made to deter mine the most feasible route. A great deal of local capital will besub- , scribed to the enterprise, and It Is safe to say that the entire amount : necessary to build and equip this line will be raised by Douglas and Coos counties.
