Good Toads throughout Oregon is a subject that will in future receive a great deal of attention from the Oregon Development League. Beside having a good roads day at the Astoria conven tion, August 14, 15 and 16, the league will take up highway betterment actively and the offices of Secretary Chapman- of the league will be headquarters for the good roads movement.. Through i t s ramifications throughout the state, the league will learn public sentiment on the subject of good roads and strive to aid the various sections. Secretary Chapman of the league believes the subject touches very closely the welfare of the farm er. He hopes to bring together the various interests so they will work in harmony.
