Nightwatchman Dick Dove, Saturday evening, after having seen to the closing of the saloons for Sunday and just as he was comine out on ' the street from the Paatt restaurant, accidentally discharged his gun, the ball passing through the sec ond toe at the middle joint, splintering the bone so that it is thought it will have to be amputated.
