The Senate has passed the bill authorizing an issue of 830,000, 000 worth of certilicates of in debtedness to complete existing irrigation projects. This is a measure that will not only has-1 ten the date when thousands of Hettlers along the uncompleted projects can begin getting their j land into prodiicteve shape, but it will also enable the Govern ment to realize on its investment which will remain worthless un til the lands are provided with water.
