VVetherald's opinion of this country is very
favorable, nnd ho says the possibilities for
ijvdcvrlopment are tiuly wonderful. No
doubt his report cf this section will be
very optimistic,

ner, mother of Mr. C. C. Fox, nt the
liter's home. Mrs. VVhitrner wan form
erly 1 resident of this section, but luid
spent the past two years in Ariqna with
a daughter, and orjly. returned last Sep
tember for a visit with relatives on Agen
cy Plains.
Mrs. VVhltener was born April 28,
1909, in the state of Missouri, and was 74
years of age at the time of her death.
The funeral service was held Saturday at
Mountain View schoolhouse and was con
ducted by Hcv. G. K. M orehead of Mad
ras. Interment was had in the Card cent
etery on Agency'I'lains.

League at 7:00 p. in.
